How to Use HushFlow
Play a soothing sound
Open the Baby Sounds tab and tap a sound tile to play it.
Create a sound combination
Open the Combinations tab, choose New, select two or three sounds, then set a name and interval. Saved combinations can be edited or deleted.
Play focus sounds
Open the Focus BGM tab, select an ambient sound, and tap Play. The sound loops continuously and can be controlled while the App is in the background or from the Lock Screen.
Change volume and haptics
Open Settings to adjust sound effect and background music volume or turn haptic feedback on and off.
Frequently Asked Questions
No sound is playing
Check your device volume. If a Bluetooth device is connected, check whether audio is playing through that device.
Background playback stopped
Phone calls, Siri, and other audio apps can interrupt playback. Resume playback from HushFlow or the Lock Screen controls.
Haptic feedback is not working
Make sure haptic feedback is enabled in HushFlow Settings. Haptics may be unavailable depending on the device and system settings.
How do I delete a saved combination?
In the Combinations tab, swipe left on the combination and select Delete.
How do I erase all saved information?
Deleting HushFlow from your device also deletes its settings and saved combinations.
